Предприятие «Трубодеталь», приступил к изготовлению оборудования для проведения сантехнических работ (тройников и отводов) под нужды ЖКХ. Завод стал выпускать отводы диаметра 57-630 мм не из бесшовной трубы, а из сварной. Новые виды отводом и тройников из сварных труб были разработаны на заводе «Трубодеталь» в конце 2009 года.

А вот как комментирует ситуацию начальник прессового цеха завода «Трубодеталь» Виктор Корнеев: «Процесс гидроштамповки нового вида тройников из сварной трубы, проходит более стабильно, а процент брака среди изделий для отводов снижается до минимума. Когда мы исследовали новый вид отводов, то на стадии отладки этот показатель снизился с 20% до 1-1,5%. То есть наша разработка сможет почти исключить брак продукции».
